COVA participants are available for full- and part-time paid competitive positions as well as job tryouts or four-week job assessments which are paid by program funders.
COVA’s experienced career developers and vocational specialists address the full range of employee needs prior to the job start and during the initial transition to build retention. We help the job applicant review transportation, housing, health care and training issues to remove barriers to success. These services are provided at no expense to the employer.
