Governance and Executive Committee

Charge
The Governance Committee will be responsible for ongoing review and oversight of the Corporation’s policies and the functioning of the Board, including, but not limited to, recommending the modification of the Corporation’s policies and Code of Regulations, recruitment, orientation, training, periodic assessment of the Board’s performance, CEO evaluation, and nominating Directors and Officers. The Governance Committee consists of the Chair, Chair-elect, Past Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and the Chairs of Ad hoc Committees. Other members may participate from time to time.
